How to Make It

You can make the Aloo (Potato) Gajar (Carrot) Matar (Peas) in village-style?

I will share this vegetable recipe; you must try and make vegetables (Sabzi) with bread(roti) for the family.

Step 1

Firstly, take a one-pot and add cooking oil. The pot keeps on 1.5 heat, when oil hot, add onion. Onion fry for two minutes. When onion brown adds 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger, red chili, turmeric, and salt.

Step 2

Mix well, when masala fry, add a little water so that this masala does not burn. Mixture fry properly. Now add the cut tomatoes and then add 1 or 2 chopped green chili's. When all things brown adds the chopped potatoes and Peas.

Step 3

Potatoes and Peas fry for five minutes and add the carrots then properly mix. Enter the 1/3 cup water and stir well, put the lid. It cooks for 6 to 7 minutes on a medium to high flame. After checking it remove the lid.

Step 4

Add some water to the vegetable and keep a low medium flame, simmer till all the water dries up. Lastly, add 1/4 tsp garam masala powder. Mix well. Then add 2 to 3 tbsp chopped leaves coriander. Mix again. When cooking food keep the boil and Serve Aloo Matar Gajar sabzi hot or warm with some soft roti and enjoy with family.

Potatoes
4 cups peas (Matar) – fresh or frozen
200 g carrots red
200 g Peas shelled
150 g Tomatoes
2-3 green chili chopped
1 teaspoon ginger finely chopped
leaves coriander garnish
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoon Oil
