Step 1

Firstly, take a saucepan and enter the chicken. Add white spring onion, onion, cabbage, add 1 liter of water to the saucepan. Cover the lid and cook the stock for 15 minutes. Bring it to boil. Step 3

When boiling it, add cornflour slurry, and cook it. Adds white egg and stir it continuously, keeping the flame low. Add the coriander leaves and cook the soup for 1 or 2 minutes. Now, chicken and sweetcorn soup is ready.
