How to Make It

let me show you how to make it for this super easy recipe. I’ll be sharing my favorite and easy chocolate buttercream frosting recipe this frosting is super chocolaty super delicious and perfect for frosting cakes and cupcakes.

Step 1

First softened butter into mixing bowl and whisk it on high speed for about 5 minutes. Until that butter is light and fluffy. And don't forget to scrape down the sides of that mixing bowl. Add in a pinch of salt about a 1/8 teaspoon drop in my cocoa powder and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Step 2

Melted chocolate chips in the microwave. Until they looked nice and smooth, drop melted chocolate as well as mix this just for a few minutes. Make sure to scrape down the sides of your mixing bowl to get all that butter and cocoa powder and chocolate incorporated.

Step 3

Now our last and final ingredient the confectioners’ sugar just drop it right in once you've added all your confectioner sugar in the mixing bowl. Scrape down, then mix the frosting on high speed for a few minutes until it's light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl to ensure everything gets incorporated.

It is ready in the shape of really light and fluffy to frost a cake or a cupcake perfectly. I use my favorite frosting to make really beautiful swirl designs going to Pipe.
