How to Make It

In this article, I am telling you how to make masala chai | tea recipes. It is a very easy and unique way. You can make easily masala chai tea fellow this step.

Step 1

I have to make a masala chai with homemade tea masala powder. First, we need to prepare the tea masala powder (Spice Mix) for masala chai. Dry roast everything (except dried ginger) together in a small pan on low flame for 1 minute only. Make fine powder in a blender. Chai masala will be good for 6 months if stored in an airtight container.

Step 2

First, we need one cup of water in the saucepan, it boils on high flame. For 2 cups of milk tea, add the 1 TSP masala chai and 2 tea leaves in boiling water. It boils for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add 1 cup of milk to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Once the milk starts boiling, turn the flame to simmer. Add the sugar according to your sugar taste. Boil on a medium flame for 5-7 minutes. If you like strong tea, boil it for 9-10 minutes. Until tea is reduced to desired consistency. Switch off the flame once done.

Step 4

Strain the tea and reserve chai in a teapot. Two cups of tea are ready and serve them hot.
