How to Make It

I am telling you how to make a Sindhi biryani. It is very easy but long. When you made this, you really enjoy it.

Step 1

Firstly, take a pan and enter the ghee and onion. Stove keep on medium. Spoon shake for two minutes. when the onion is red, take little onion getting out for garnish. Then enter the ginger and garlic paste. Add the biryani masala and well mix.

Step 2

After a few seconds, the chicken enters the mixer and well roasts. Add the garam masala salt, Turmeric, and red chili powder and well mix. Yogurt and potatoes to add to the mix. Enter the one cup of water and keep the stove on medium. 

Step 3

Take 2-liter water of the boiled rice and pour the salt. When water is boil enter the Soak rice and mix with the spoon. When the rice is boiled and adds the boiled rice to the mixers. Food color and Food essence mix in a cup and put in the rice. 

Step 4

Fried onion put on the rice and cook for 15 minutes. In 15 minutes, pan 5 minutes on high flame and 10 minutes on low flame. After 15 minutes rice gets out on the dish. Your Sindhi Biryani is ready and enjoys with the family.

Chickens 1/2 kg
Onion 2 (cuts off)
Rice 3 cup ( 1-hour soak rice)
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger Paste 1 (tablespoon)
Garlic 1 (tablespoon)
Potatoes 2 (half boil)
Salt 1 (tablespoon)
Tomato 5
Turmeric 1(tablespoon)
Red chili powder 1(tablespoon)
Green peppers 12
Kali Lachi+Cumin 4
Damson 6
Food color 1/2 (tablespoon)
Biryani essence 1/2 (tablespoon)
Ghee 1 cup
Paydeyna 1/2 punch
Lemon 4
Shan biryani masala
Coriander 1/2 punch
Black paper +Green lachi 4
